Allergic Reaction

So about 10 days ago Livy had a small double ear infection so the Dr. put her on Amoxicillin.. (which she was on back in march, and was fine) Today was her last morning dose, and yesterday we noticed a rash/bug bites.. We thought maybe a mosquito or a bug got at her.. Well this morning was little worse and by the afternoon it was really bad.. Sad.. So we took her to a PA not a MD (mistake) and she just said that Livy had a reaction.. NO I don't think so.. Penicillin and sulfa allergy's run on my (Jenny) side of the family.. So I called the drs office and said that this is not just a reation she has to be allergic to the antibiotic.. Thanks to grandma Hansen for the great info to help us decide that Livy is allergic to Penicillins.. Sad little Tiny.. We hope you get better soon Livy.. We love you!!!

Happy Anniversary!!

So today Ben and I have been married for 8 yrs.. Crazy how time flys.. We now have a nice full house, 2 dogs, 2 fish, and a wonderful little girl... Ben brought these flowers from him and Livy to my (Jenny's) work.. They are so beautiful I wanted to show you all.. We love Ben as a father and husband, and I don't know what we would do without him.. We love you Ben and thanks for all you do for Livy and I..

So anytime Livy is in the car you can always look back and this what she looks like with her binky in her mouth.. I love it.. She love's her blanket.. She will pack it around the house, have it her mouth, or just have a section on her nose.. I had to post this pic.. Enjoy!!

Livy has some of her mom in her.. Jenny was a very daring person.. When they would play in the pool Jenny would run and land right on her bum.. Her siblings would stop right in front and go in slow.. Not Livy.. She just goes for it...

Memorial Weekend!!

We had an awesome Memorial Weekend!! At the last min we went to Park City with Lori, Kevin, (Jenny's sister) and her friends.. This is a pic of on our way up and Livy didn't have a afternoon nap and of course she falls asleep right when we got there.. The sad thing is we just bought a new camcorder plus we took our camera, and this is the only pic we took.. I'm so mad.. We had fun.. When we got to our room the pool was just outside of the room which was cool,and we had doors between our rooms. We went to go fill the water since it was indoor pool and it was so warm.. Well we took Livy (BIG MISTAKE) she was so mad to leave.. Wow it hard to make her happy.. We did lots of shopping, played games, and went to the olympic park.. We had fun and we know Livy did too.. She wouldn't take her naps just because she didn't want to miss out on anything.. Thanks Lori and Kevin for letting us come!! We love you guys!!

This is one of the kids new toys to play with at Grandma's house... They love it.. Livy would bend her head in to get a drink it was cute.. They love it... The best part is I didn't put a swimmer diaper on them so when they were done their diapers weighed about 10 pounds it was great.. Enjoy

We made it home!!!

Happy Mother's Day to you all!! We finally made it home.. It was such a long night, but we made it.. We left at 10 pm (2 am Utah time) got in at Seattle at 7am (pacific time) had a 3 hour layover, finally left at 10:10am, and arrived in SLC safe at 1:05.. Yea can I say long night and day.. Livy did okay, but let me ya tell ya.. We're really in for a treat.. Livy we have decided is a Energizer battery.. She just keeps going and going.. While waiting in the airport Livy did not want to be held, or be in the stroller.. She got her mommy's social side.. Livy would either go up to everyone, push her cousin in his stroller all over the airport, wave to people, or go in circles and be a little clown.. We even tried giving her Benadryl and was worried it wouldn't work.. It was a fight for her to go to sleep but she finally gave up and slept.. Of course we didn't sleep much so that part is nice to be home.. We had a lot of fun, and I loved being with my family.. I was sad for those that didn't go, but maybe next time.. The really sad thing is that I'll miss is going late at night to get Lapperts ice cream can I just say YUMMY!!! Thanks Lori for going even though some weren't sure.. We only got to go 4 times ($13 each time), and I think I'll have withdrawals.. Enjoy!!
